I also help individuals facing transitional changes, relationship stressors, and identity challenges. My approach focuses on the strengths of each client, helping them feel both motivated and comfortable to create meaningful change. I understand that therapy can be intimidating, so I strive to establish a safe and understanding relationship that empowers growth. I believe that when you feel safe and truly heard, it unlocks the potential to heal and grow. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively.
