“I have a very make-jokes-about-my-trauma kind of personality. Jackie responded to this in a way that both acknowledged the severity and validated how I handle it. She has great balance of kindness and humor and made me feel warm.”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I had a few sessions with Jackie and she is a lovely person, who definitely read the introduction question responses before our first session and wanted to get to know me. She wasn't the right fit for me because I wanted for actionable steps to take than just understanding, but I bet if I had asked her about it, she would have been receptive to changing her treatment approach.

This was my first appointment and off the bat she was a great listener which is what I needed. She also asked A LOT of GREAT questions. She seemed like such a wonderful person which is why I picked her. She just looked like someone who would help guide me in the right direction. 10/10 definitely would recommend.

Jackie is such a great therapist! She really listens when you talk to her and provides meaningful suggestions and responses. She doesn't push you to talk about anything you aren't comfortable with which I think is awesome because sometimes you just aren't ready to have those conversations yet and it means a lot that she respects me and my boundaries!
