Her approach is person-centered and strengths-based, while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, play therapy, and practical coping strategies. Jackie believes you do not have to wait until things feel unbearable to ask for support. Sometimes therapy begins with a major life event, and sometimes it starts with simply realizing that you are tired of feeling the way you have been feeling. You do not need to know exactly what is wrong or have the perfect words to explain it. Jackie believes you can start wherever you are, and she is here to support you along the way.
