Getting to know Jaclyn Deem

Thank you so much for taking the time to seek out a therapist. It can be a stressful experience, but it is worth it. As a community mental health therapist for nearly 20 years, I pride myself on improving access to mental health and empowering my clients. I accept most major insurances. No phone tag. No wait list. I am a social-justice informed and intersectional clinician and I have worked with clients and their families through their addiction, trauma, grief, divorce and crises; with diagnosis including but not limited to PTSD, bipolar, psychosis, depression, anxiety, and autism. I especially love working with caregivers and am committed to making space to "heal the healers," and individuals who give so much of themselves to others. Now more than ever, we have to balance so much at any given time. Everyone deserves a space where they can reflect and restore what helps them find sense and serenity.
