“I never thought that the first therapist I saw would be the right fit. But we meshed like glue. She understands. She advocates. She talks through things with you. She’s not that typical “I understand. How did that make you feel?” Type of therapist. She brainstorms with you, gives her opinion, and gives strategies she recommends. Overall, very pleased with the experience and very thankful to have found someone so great on the first try! ”

Jackie is great! Very easy to talk with, helpful and not judgmental. She gives great advice and has done an amazing job understanding and helping me through tough personal issues. She is genuinely caring!
There are not enough words to express how wonderful Jackie was in helping support me during an incredibly emotional and difficult time in life that resulted in a major life transition. She was so easy to connect with from the beginning and was right along side me at every hill and valley. I am eternally grateful for her.
She is the best! I would highly recommend! The way she talks to her patients, makes it very easy and comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable and gives you things to work on to help with any problems you are having.
Overall, I had a good experience, she listens to you and provides good suggestions, always smiling and encouraging you. I highly recommend her for counselling.
Every session with Jackie so far has been incredible. Even coming straight from work, when the last thing I want to do is sit at my desk for an hour, I actually walk away feeling encouraged and energized by the time we're done. As a neurodiverent individual, I sometimes find it hard to engage with people, especially in remote settings, but Jackie somehow knows how to really get me talking. If you're looking to start therapy, I would highly recommend her!
This is the most effective mental health provider I’ve ever had, coming from a long history of being in and out with many different counselors, providing treatment that felt inadequate for my needs. She truly is the epitome of the kind of person who belongs in this field. I always leave sessions feeling like I have a plan and a goal, which keeps me actively working on myself. I cannot praise her enough!
Jackie has helped me overcome so many hurtles both personal and relationships with others. She has helped me florish into the healthy human I am today and steered me in the correct direction to properly grow and advocate for myself in order to succeed and accept the love and happiness I now feel I deserve. She is a wonderful therapist and supporter and really covers the entire scope and spectrum of her patients needs. She is both fair and realistic which makes her a great neutral source to go to for perspective and solutions. If I hadn't moved/changed insurances I would have suck with her. She is a God send
Jackie is a personable and friendly therapist! She helps you navigate feelings and worries very effectively. She talks to you like she's known you forever and makes you feel heard with whatever's on your mind, while keeping you focused on goals. I've been trying to keep a therapist since 2020 and she's been the most helpful so far!
Jackie is the best! I have been able to work through severe anxiety, PTSD and depression with her. I look forward to our meetings and know that she will give me useful tools to use day to day. I would highly recommend her!

Jackie is heaven sent, my daughter was in immediate need of some kind of intervention and the care Jackie took with her was uncanny. What I like the most is her patience and her ability to connect with my daughter. Right away it felt like we had known her for some time, I’m exciting for the future to continue working with her.
