Getting to know Jacob Dye

I strive to help my clients achieve the three pillars of mental wellness: Gratitude; Agency; and Humility. In my 10 years of practice I have found that as clients grow in these areas; their clinical symptoms profoundly decrease. The greatest joy in my professional life is watching my clients realize the healthy version of themselves and no longer need professional therapy. After all; to me the goal of therapy is to equip my clients with skills so that they can be their own therapist as the move on from therapy.
