I use many therapeutic models or perspectives; primarily focusing on how systemic and institutional barriers affect mental; emotional; and behavioral health and well-being.I'm queer-friendly and use he/they/any. I strongly believe anyone and everyone can benefit from therapy. I do not use or believe in the medical model" of mental health; so I do not attempt to "cure" "mental illness"; but recognize that mental health is complicated and "mental illness" is mostly a survival response."
