What should a new client know about working with you?

Jake likes to work with his clients to identify their goals for treatment and work together toward whatever changes the client desires to see in their life. He uses humor and observation with a mix of insight and concrete tools to help clients move toward change in their lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Jake will start off the first several sessions by going over the basics of therapy and policies at Sunflower Clinical Group, and then will work to get to know you better. By hearing your story or asking you questions, Jake will seek to understand your background, where you are in life now, and where you want to be in the future. Then, you and Jake will collaborate on a game plan to make progress on the issues that are most important to you.
