Getting to know Jacob Kaiser

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Professional who has worked with adults, children, families, and seniors. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including substance abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and career burnout, to name a few. I work with people ages 12–99 who are ready for change—even if they don’t yet know what that change should look like. My clients are often at pivotal moments in their lives: deciding where to begin their careers, questioning whether their current path fits, or feeling pulled to explore new ways of thinking about life, work, and themselves.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You are the most important part of our work together and you are in charge of the direction we are heading. I will meet you where you are right now emotionally. When under my care, I will dedicated to helping you find a better balance for your personal experience. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help individuals gain insight, awareness and understanding about themselves. I am a real person who lives, survives and tries to be the best version of myself everyday. Just like you! I will reach out to you where you are at emotionally. I offer a very human experience and a safe place for you to be you.
