What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and parts work informed by a Internal Family Systems perspective.
