What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is a collaborative process between the client and clinician to assist you in improving your relationship with yourself and others. I believe each client is different and do not apply a one size fits all approach. I tailor my specific technique to treatment based on the client's needs and goals.

Regarding insurance, Resolve is considered an out of network provider, as are most therapy providers in DC and nearby Virginia suburbs. This means that we collect payment at the time of service, and then we provide you with an insurance friendly receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for “out of network benefit reimbursement” that has all the appropriate codes the insurance company needs to activate your out of network benefits. Most insurance companies provide 60-80% reimbursement for “behavioral health” (typical procedure code is 90834-95) but you may want to check with your insurance company to be sure.
