What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is grounded in Person-Centered therapy, and I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. As a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, I bring a deep commitment to helping clients tap into their own strengths, values, and inner motivation for change.
