Introspective Therapy is a Newport Beach-based psychotherapy practice offering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to Californian teens and adults. I understand that many of you may have limited availability, potential health risks, or are otherwise unable to attend in-person appointments. All of my services can be accessed online via teletherapy through a HIPAA-compliant server, and I do my best to accommodate your needs. I provide fully confidential psychotherapy sessions designed to help people overcome a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational issues. I strive to create a safe space for you to overcome, rediscover, and thrive. I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and I have helped many patients overcome depression, anxiety, and find peace of mind amidst a storm of stress and confusion. I strongly believe that healing starts from within and encompasses the mind, body, and soul. I provide a judgment-free zone where you can completely be yourself without fear. It is this transparency and our collaborative work together that will help you work through your problems without guilt or shame. My approach to therapy is one of creativity, compassion, accountability, and empowerment. I specialize in CBT and mindfulness practices. My objective is to help you uncover your true potential by equipping you with the necessary tools to overcome obstacles in your life. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and tailor my interventions to your needs. I want to help you live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Through my work, I strive to provide a safe holding space for patients to be introspective to gain more insight and heal. I believe having a strong therapeutic foundation is necessary for my work to be built upon with a patient.
