I DO NOT DO ANY MEDICATION MANAGEMENT Hi there. I'm so happy you found my counseling profile. I have worked at community mental health centers providing outpatient counseling for 8 years. I also worked at a private practice doing outpatient counseling and led a dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills group. I have experience with a wide array of issues including depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug issues, PTSD, personality disorders, bipolar and other mood disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. I have an eclectic approach to therapy, using different techniques such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, psychoeducation, dialectical behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. I strive to meet you where you are, believing that each client is the expert of their own lives. I love meeting new people and am easy to talk to. I strive to create a judgment-free session where you will feel at ease and safe discussing any issues, concerns, or goals you may have. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Indiana and Ohio. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Xavier University and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton.
