Managing the path that makes up our life's experiences can be challenging. Please allow me to accompany you on your journey towards change. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. I am approved by the Florida Department of Health to also see individuals in South Carolina and Florida via telehealth. For almost 30 years, I have been providing services in the mental health field; Counseling for the past 12. I have a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling and a Master’s level certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a qualified Play Therapist and have been trained in EMDR. I have also completed training in AIR Network, Polyvagal Theory, and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I am a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator, Reiki 1 certified, member of the MN Play Therapy Association, and the MN Counseling Association. My approach I work towards building genuine and trusting relationships with those I support above all else. I believe the relationship between client and provider is the true space for change. I invite humor, compassion, empowerment, and honesty into sessions as she helps others work through whatever challenges they may bring. I practice primarily from a trauma-focused, person-centered (it’s all about you and the gifts you already have) and systems (relationship dynamics) perspective, incorporating other therapy techniques as needed. Because of this, I would call myself an Eclectic Counselor above all else. My focus I enjoy helping female adolescents and women of all ages navigate through whatever struggles they may be enduring. I enjoy talking about all things holistic, and seek to help those I work with to find balance and overall wellness. My passion lies with supporting those struggling with relationship issues, life changes, parenting, trauma, most mental health concerns, and autoimmune or women's issues in general. My communication style Our time is all about you and your unique self.
