When life feels loud, overwhelming, and constant, like you can't find a moment of peace, it's hard to feel like yourself. Or maybe you're in a relationship where you feel stuck, having the same exhausting arguments over and over again, walking away frustrated, wondering how things can ever be different, and wondering how things got this bad. These cycles can feel defeating, especially when you care but don't know how to move forward. Therapy can be a place to step outside of that noise. Together, we'll create a space to slow things down, understand what is getting in the way, and being to figure out a path forward that feels intentional, steady, and safe.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work from an integrative approach, drawing from evidenced-based practices to support both immediate relief and deeper, meaningful, and lasting change. I aim to create a space that is both supportive and honest. You can expect me to be warm, engaged, and nonjudgemental. Therapy with me isn't just about venting, so I am also direct and thoughtful so together we can figure out what is going on and find ways to move through challenges differently.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions together are a space for you to show up as you are. We'll start with what feels the most relevant that day, whether it is something immediate that you've been carrying or a pattern you're starting to notice. Some sessions may be more reflective. Other times, we'll be more active and practical, working on tools to help you manage stress, navigate difficult conversations, or feel more grounded and connected in your day-to-day life. I ask questions, make observations, and gently challenge patterns when it feels helpful, but there is always space for you to set the pace. My goal is to create a space that feels both supportive and productive.
