What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in the person-centered/humanistic approach, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths each person brings with them to therapy. I believe meeting an individual where they are at. I feel focusing on the whole individual assists in maximizing healing and recovery. We will take therapy at your pace, building trust and an alliance without judgmentment. I aim to create a supportive environment, and collaborate with you to facilitate the change and growth you desire. I will meet you where you are at with compassion and understanding.
