“As someone who has made only a few very good connections with past therapists and who at this point in life, have entirely too much to even talk about to cover everything you want to figure out and get through. I’ve literally only had one appointment with her. First when meeting I was rightfully timid. It didnt take long that when I would answer her question I find myself opening up about side stories. She let me talk and let my words take course. When I naturally had nothing more to say or I realized I got off topic she would move on with her first take which were clear and validating. She had this vigor while telling about all the things we can work on to make healing my very own journey. She almost made it seem like she was glad I came to her and wanted her to be a part of this journey which encourages a bit more hope. If you want to share your journey with one that wont make you feel like you are less, Jackie is the one for you. Cant wait for more appts in the future.”

Hi there, I'm Jacqueline! Hello! I'm so glad you're here! My name is Jacqueline Niccolai, LPC, but I go by Jackie. Getting started with therapy is the most important part of bettering your mental health! I specialize in PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder. I use a lot of really awesome modalities in therapy that I've learned through advanced training helping people overcome their mental health obstacles. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Grand Canyon University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support you. I'm looking forward to meeting you! My approach CBT, DBT, Somatic, Exposure, Brainspotting, EMDR skills, EFT My focus Bipolar disorder, personality disorders, trauma, PTSD, LGBTQIA+, depression, and anxiety. My communication style I keep it real. I don't think a ?professional tone? helps clients feel relaxed. I want to meet you right where you are. My journey to mental healthcare I have always wanted to be a therapist, for as long as I can remember. I've wanted to help children, teens, and adults find peace and heal from their pasts. This promotes healthy relationships and improves quality of life. My goals for you PSG (patient-specific goals), STG (short-term goals), LTG (long-term goals). We may have several of each and check in on our progress frequently. My first session with you This is the get-to-know-you session. I want to know what your goals are and how your mental health is affecting your life. This will help us set up a healthy foundation!

Very down to earth, open , honest, felt like a safe place to speak openly and not be judged but be understood and welcomed. Goes above and beyond to make sure all bases are touched and all boxes checked. Felt like she knew what I was gonna say before I said it as if she had experience first hand.
