Getting to know Jacqueline Scheffler

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho. Additionally, I am a Board-Credited Art Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I earned my Master's degree in Art Therapy from Marywood University in Pennsylvania. I enjoy helping young adults and adults who are facing challenges related to life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-worth. My goal is to support clients in gaining the skills to become their authentic selves. I believe in meeting clients where they are in their healing process, focusing on personal strengths, and guiding them toward their fullest autonomy through both the creative process and traditional verbal therapy. Outside of work, I love hiking, making art, and spending time with my pets!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
