As a licensed therapist, I believe in finding the best treatment intervention and approach to assist you in navigating your particular circumstances, at this particular time. I believe in treating the source of the issue, using a variety of techniques to assist with depression, anxiety, trauma, and daily stressors. I am committed to guiding you through the therapeutic journey, and providing support and guidance during difficult times. I am trained in EMDR and Gottman method. I am licensed in Nevada, and have been providing therapy and care for 11 years, and am happy to provide in person and telehealth services. With an extensive background working in depression, anxiety, trauma, victims of abuse, and with couples, I feel confident in assisting you navigate the challenges that led you to seek therapy. EMDR training has assisted me in effectively helping resolve trauma. Gottman training has ensured I can navigate the dynamics of relationship challenges.
