My clinical experience includes providing individual and group counseling to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem challenges, and trauma. Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years working as a paraprofessional in a school setting, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting children and adolescents with diverse emotional, behavioral, and educational needs. That experience continues to shape my compassionate, patient, and collaborative approach to therapy.

My ability to develop trust and a strong rapport assists in helping clients with their unique needs. Together, we'll work to identify patterns, build healthy coping strategies, strengthen resilience, improve communication and relationships, and help you move toward the life you want to create.
