I have been a therapy provider for 17 years, and I bring experience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help improve your situation. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My journey in therapy has allowed me to work with a diverse group of people, and I especially enjoy focusing on anxiety and trauma-related issues. Working with teenage clients is particularly rewarding for me, and I also find great energy in supporting couples, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach to therapy is client-centered and empathetic. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, PTSD, spirituality, stress, trauma, or OCD, I'm here to help you navigate these challenges.
