Hello, I'm Jade, a therapist based in Kentucky with over fifteen years of experience. I graduated from Cumberland College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social work, and later earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Kentucky. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, I am licensed to provide psychotherapy in Kentucky. I am also honored to have been recognized as NASW KY’s Young Social Work Leader of the Year.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, strengths-based, and person-centered. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to fit their unique needs. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Theory. This diverse toolkit allows me to address a wide range of mental health issues and support clients in their journey towards healing and growth.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing support for issues such as anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, PTSD, stress, and trauma. Additionally, I am a Certified Nurturing Parenting Facilitator, which equips me to offer valuable guidance in parenting and family dynamics.
