That work strengthened my ability to connect with people during vulnerable moments while helping them build confidence, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth. As a clinician-in-training, I am gaining experience in intake assessments, treatment planning, crisis-informed care, and therapeutic interventions under supervision. My practice is especially devoted to supporting underserved communities and advocating for mental wellness through a client-centered and trauma-informed approach. Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and I honor the courage it takes to seek support. My goal is to walk alongside clients with warmth, authenticity, and compassion as they work toward healing, balance, and emotional wellness.
