What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, it’s all about creating a space where you feel truly heard and understood. This isn’t just about talking through your problems – it’s about real transformation. You can expect to learn how to quiet those racing thoughts, feel more in control of your emotions, and start seeing yourself in a new light. We’ll work together to build up your confidence, so you can stop feeling like you’re constantly “not enough.” Instead, you’ll start to feel more at ease in your own skin, with the tools to handle anxiety, stress, and the effects of trauma. It’s not about “fixing” you – it’s about helping you reconnect with your true self, so you can show up for your life in a way that feels powerful and authentic. I’m here to help guide you through that transformation every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be all about getting to know you and what’s weighing on you right now – no pressure, no rush. I’ll listen to your story, and we’ll figure out what’s contributing to your stress and anxiety, whether it's trauma, career pressure, or something else. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that focuses on healing at your pace, using strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help you challenge the negative thoughts and feelings that are holding you back. Every step of our work together will be focused on you, giving you practical tools and insights to feel more in control and confident. My ultimate goal is to help you navigate life with a sense of calm and balance, so you don’t just survive – you thrive.
