We’ll start by exploring what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I focus on building trust and understanding your story. I provide a therapeutic space where I gently challenge you with directness and compassion, ensuring you feel supported while we work through the patterns that may be holding you back. Sessions are collaborative, paced to your needs, and grounded in warmth, curiosity, and care.
