Getting to know Jaime Doss

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor, with additional certifications in Sports Psychology and as a Level II Gottman Method Couples Therapist. I also hold certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional and am DBT Certified, specializing in helping individuals who have experienced or are currently experiencing trauma. My ideal client is someone who is motivated to learn, grow, and engage in the therapeutic process to become the best version of themselves. I value working with clients who are open to developing a trusting therapeutic relationship and willing to be vulnerable as they work toward meaningful and lasting change. I work with individuals ages nine and older from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, bipolar disorder, relationship and couples issues, and more. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients can decompress, reflect, and grow. I believe in fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust and empathy. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, embrace your self-worth, and make the positive changes you seek in your life.
