I’m passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and care. I specialize in supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, anger management issues, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, parenting challenges, grief/loss, adoption/infertility/pregnancy loss and more. I became a therapist to be a compassionate listener—to help people feel truly understood and supported. It’s an honor to hold space where clients can process, reflect, and move toward healing at their own pace. Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan—whether I’m cheering on my kids or catching a professional soccer or football game. I am an animal lover, work with a local rescue, have 5 cats, 1 dog and a bearded dragon. I enjoy reading, and coffee is definitely my love language.
