I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, which laid the foundation for my work in mental health. My approach My approach involves the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health issues from a Family Systems Perspective. Through this lens, I use a combination of interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. Like Carl Rogers, I provide unconditional positive regard, warmth, and genuineness throughout our work together. My focus I am comfortable treating a wide range of clinical issues. Is your depression so terrible that you cannot get out of bed? Not a problem—I’ll meet you where you are via online sessions. Is your anxiety so crippling that you feel like you might combust? Simply talking about it with me will feel cathartic and provide relief. Are you in the midst of burning your life to the ground in fits of mania and rage? I will assist you in putting out the flames. After working in mental health for as long as I have, I promise you cannot shock me. Talk to me about your darkest night of the soul, and together we will find a way forward. There is light at the end of every tunnel, and I will help you get there. My communication style I am very personable. Talking with me will feel like talking to the greatest friend you have ever had. I will see the good in you no matter what. My journey to mental healthcare I decided to become a therapist after my own personal life-changing experience in therapy.
