Hi, my name is Jaime! I have been supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and more for 10 years. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Throughout my journey, I have worked with people to lessen the stigmatization around mental health and empower individuals to live a life worth living. I specialize in mindfulness and utilize DBT techniques in my therapeutic practice. I understand each person is unique, and I tailor my approach to best fit the needs of those I am working with to create a more fulfilling life. We all go through times in our lives that are challenging, and it can feel as though we are alone. There comes a point when we need more support than our friends and family can provide. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, validated, and consider things from a different perspective. Change is absolutely possible!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
