While working with individuals, I employ a collaborative and person-centered approach focusing on meeting you where you are and helping empower you to be your best. While working together, we can develop a personalized plan based on your unique circumstances and goals, in an unbiased and judgement free environment. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we can work together to challenge any discouraging thoughts or obstacles you may be facing. I’ll be by your side throughout the process, tracking your progress and offering thoughtful, personalized feedback every step of the way.
