Hi, I'm Jaimie! I'm a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma therapy, crisis response, sexual abuse recovery, attachment trauma and adoption, and substance abuse recovery. I am nationally certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and trained in EMDR. The goal of my practice, The Phoenix Center for Integrative Trauma Therapy, is to support individuals of all ages as they pursue renewed purpose, reclaimed strength, and personal growth. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced all types of trauma. Whether you are dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood instability, relationship distress, or addiction, my goal is to partner with you to treat both the symptoms and the root cause so that you can experience freedom and empowerment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is a collaborative process! I enjoy getting to know clients and partnering with you to identify your goals and personalizing the right therapy interventions. After getting to know each other and assessing your symptoms and top goals, we will prioritize areas of focus and choose a direction for therapy. This may include EMDR for trauma reprocessing, interventions from acceptance and commitment therapy, DBT skill-building, or a combination of many approaches.
