What should a new client know about working with you?

Throughout my work, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals facing housing instability, substance use challenges, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, including reentry after incarceration. I also have experience working with individuals managing co-occurring mental health concerns. I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, and I take care to tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, goals, and lived experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and culturally responsive. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a collaborative space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I truly look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey toward healing, growth, and overall well-being.
