With over 15 years of experience in therapy, I’m here to offer more than just professional guidance. I’m a down-to-earth therapist who understands that while therapy can be challenging and emotional, it’s also a space where we can find laughter and comfort together. I practice what I teach, using the tools I offer in my own life and relationships. I know firsthand the struggles of negative self-talk, facing fears, and navigating through life's ups and downs, including managing the complexities of relationships. As a wife, mom to two wonderful kids, and a pet mom, I bring a relatable, compassionate touch to our work. I believe that growth isn’t just about what happens in our sessions but also in the time between them. My approach includes tailored, actionable therapy homework designed to make a real difference...
