What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief counseling, by tailoring my therapeutic techniques to meet your unique needs. Whether you're managing stress or seeking personal growth, I'm here to help. My therapeutic approach includes evidence-based practices such as EMDR, EFT, CBT, DBT, and a variety of other techniques.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related events. During our initial sessions, we will work collaboratively to create a plan for addressing a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
