I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families to navigate a variety of mental health challenges, including ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, attachment/relationship difficulties, faith transitions, stress, confidence building, and finding purpose in life. I am committed to helping clients by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore emotions and gain insight into their behaviors. I foster a collaborative approach to treatment that empowers individuals in their lives. I am committed to providing the highest level of care possible. After graduating from USC, I completed training in evidence-based modalities, including DBT, EFT, MI, Lifespan Integration, child-centered play therapy, and Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for PTSD. I believe that every person in the world is of the utmost value and importance. Each person deserves to be heard, seen, and given understanding and grace.
