Welcome! I am a white, queer, trans nonbinary therapist with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher University. I bring both lived experience and extensive learnings and unlearnings to my work with folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, those who are neurodivergent, navigating complex trauma, spoonies, as well as people who work in healing professions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I endeavor to provide an affirming therapeutic space where experiences can be processed, meaningful connection with self & others nurtured, & life stressors, emotions & identities explored. My practice is relational, affirming, culturally responsive, attuned and rooted in harm-reduction, trauma-informed, justice & collective liberation-oriented values.

I believe in the power of self-discovery, community, and healing within a non-formulaic framework & through an ecological perspective. You are the expert on your own journey, and I am here to support you at the pace that feels right for you and offer guidance when invited to do so. Together, we’ll explore holistic, somatic & experiential practices that honor your autonomy & resilience, helping you reclaim your story & cultivate a life aligned with your values.
