What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a therapist who offers plenty of feedback to the patterns I am seeing and hearing. I have an eclectic therapy approach, which means that I tailor my therapy style to the unique needs of the client.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first few sessions typically consist of me getting an understanding of the client's life as it is now, and what is and is not working for them. From there we engage in a dual process of understanding the origin of the current problems, and begin to define a vision for what life will look like once old wounds, traumas, and hurts are healed. I believe that every client has the answers to their questions deep within themselves, and am honored to be a supportive companion as they discover their most authentic voice. Many of my client’s report seeing personal progress and heightened self-awareness within a few months of beginning therapy with me, and we actively plan together how to continue to create the life that they are wanting.
