People say lots of things about therapy. Some are flowery, some complicated, some way out there. So, let’s be real... what can therapy do for you? Even better, what can I do for you? I have trained for and gained experience in helping people solve problems. Whether couples, families, or individuals, we all need others to help us see what we do not see ourselves. I have worked with military, adults, kids, couples, elders, and extended families. None of us are exempt from times when we don’t manage life the way we want. Let me help you with that! It may be depression, grief, fear, anxiety, communication, or anger that gets in the way of being your best you. I have tools to help you be the person you want to be. I can help you use those tools to develop better relationships, better ways to deal with struggles, and bring about lasting changes that lead you on a path you may not have thought possible or deserved. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University Central Texas, equipping me with a strong foundation to support diverse client needs. My approach You will build a strong counselor-client relationship using skills from an eclectic therapy style, making it easier to adjust to your needs. I also assist couples in understanding and managing concerns by identifying issues, developing plans, and improving their relationships. My focus I work with clients from all walks of life: couples improving relationships, adults managing everyday stressors, and military veterans adjusting to life after service. I offer telehealth services only.
