He earned a master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Eckerd College. He has provided diagnostics, psychotherapy, and case management to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families, mainly in medical and community settings. He has also provided supervision and training to other behavioral health clinicians, as well as to a variety of healthcare and business professionals. Jamie uses primarily cognitive-behavioral and family systems approaches to assess and treat client concerns, including the impact of trauma/violence/abuse, interpersonal relationships, major mental illnesses, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring instances of one or more such concerns.
