With over 15,000 psychotherapy sessions conducted, I specialize in healing from childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression. I also offer marital and couples counseling.
My approach centers on Jungian therapy theory, analysis, and techniques—a distinctive alternative to more common therapies like CBT. I incorporate dream analysis, dream work, art, images, and music to explore the subconscious, helping you understand the Self and what truly motivates you.
Focusing on personal growth, I welcome and find value in discussions of spirituality and religion as part of the healing process.
