What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our stressors and difficult experiences often leave deep wounds in our nervous system, wiring it to tell us that we are constantly at risk. Imagine feeling like your decisions, awareness, and self-compassion are truly enough to allow you to foster the life that you want. We can achieve this by healing and reforging your relationship with your nervous system.
