My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing, tailored to your unique needs and goals. I offer in person and virtual counseling for indiviuals, families, and groups who are struggling with recovery. I am a pre-licensed provider working under the supervision of Dr. Valencia Campbell-Chapin LPC, CADC-II, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, and a SAP-Substance Abuse Professional for the DOT. During consultations, I believe in listening to each individual and establishing a partnership to maintain and improve their lifelong health. I completed my education in counseling and addiction psychology at Grand Canyon University. I am also certified by the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon as a Registered Associate.
