Jim earned his undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University and holds a Master’s in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s School of Applied Social Sciences, graduating in 1984. He has extensive experience working with psychiatric emergencies and suicidal clients, as well as anxiety and depressive disorders. Jim also enjoys working with the severely mentally disabled population and individuals with personality disorders.
