Psychotherapist

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to make that step feel a little easier. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can feel safe being yourself and begin to work through what’s weighing on you. My approach I take a compassionate, practical approach to therapy, one that balances emotional support with tools you can actually use in your daily life. Depending on what you're going through, we might work on building coping skills, shifting thought patterns, or strengthening your ability to manage relationships and emotions. I pull from methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, and strengths-based therapy, and always adapt based on what feels most helpful to you. Therapy with me is a collaborative process; we’ll move at your pace and figure out what works best, together. My focus I work with people who are feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed, whether it’s due to life transitions, stress, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges. I also support teens and couples navigating communication issues, identity struggles, or emotional disconnection. If you’re looking for someone who will really listen, help you find clarity, and walk with you toward change, I’m here for that. My communication style I’m warm, calm, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where you feel heard and understood, and where you can speak freely without feeling rushed or pressured. I ask meaningful questions, offer encouragement, and gently challenge when it’s needed to help you grow in the direction you want. My journey to mental healthcare Therapy has played an important role in my own life. During difficult times, growing up, in college, and as an adult, I turned to counselors who made me feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward. That experience left a lasting impression on me, and it’s what inspired me to become a therapist myself. I know what it’s like to reach out for help, and I want to offer that same kind of support to others.
