Hi all! My name is Jamie and I work with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space to help you build effective coping skills, and develop practical strategies that foster healing, resilience, and lasting personal growth. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use CBT and DBT to help children, teens, and adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life challenges. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create healthier patterns that support lasting growth and well-being.
