While I am open to a variety of clients, I have found that clients that feel I am the right fit are those looking to truly discover themselves but are currently feeling stuck. I am a spiritual person that believes you are the best person to tell your story. My ideal client is motivated to make the changes needed in their life to reach their highest possible self that needs support while working through the challenges.

When working with me, you can expect someone that actively listens, ask lots of questions to help you get your mind thinking, will give healthy challenges to meet your goals while still feeling like you can tend to your everyday life, and will be one of your biggest cheerleaders Starting any type of healing process can be difficult and leave some feeling overwhelmed. Together we can develop a plan to start achieving small goals that will lead to your bigger goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, I will gather background information to understand your needs better while developing a treatment plan with you. We will work together to help achieve your goals. The most important aspect will be staying consistent with working through these tough issues to feel back to yourself.
