Jamie Freier is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 8 years of experience providing therapy to children, teenagers, and their families. She earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University and holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton. Over the course of her career, Jamie has worked with a wide age range of clients with moderate to severe mental health needs. She has training and experience in evidence-based modalities that address the environmental, situational, and biological factors likely responsible for an individual’s current struggles. This approach has led her to believe that through therapy and addressing the mind-body connection, anyone can create effective change within their lives.
