I specialize in trauma and addictions. I teach people how to work with, rather than against, themselves using IFS, Somatic Techniques, and Polyvagal Theory. I also facilitate reprocessing and desensitization of traumatic events, negative beliefs, or emotional wounds through EMDR therapy.
