Hello! I felt drawn to psychotherapy and counseling from a young age and knew that helping others live a more fulfilled, meaningful, purposeful, and balanced life was my vocation. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield, and have been in this field for over twenty years. My experience spans county behavioral health, schools in both the US and UK, and private practice. As a clinical supervisor of therapist interns, I believe in practicing what I preach and continue to work on my own path of self-growth and individuation. I am interested in stress management, wellness, Ecotherapy, and Depth Psychology. Seeing the effects of life's stressors on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health, my work revolves around helping clients integrate holistic practices for stress management.
